About the job

As a Foreman Mechanical, you will be part of the Maintenance Team that is responsible for both maintenance projects and daily maintenance.
If you become our new colleague, you will be involved in the daily mechanical maintenance of our plant. For this you will manage a team of technicians whose occupation you organize. You plan and prepare the maintenance works, discuss the assignments with your employees and follow up the quality of the executed works. You also follow up on preventive maintenance, analyze reports of urgent maintenance and actively look for causes and solutions of possible malfunctions. 

About you

We prefer to meet you during a personal interview to see if there is a match between you and KRONOS Europe. But our ideal candidate will recognise himself/herself in the profile below anyway:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or have a technical background combined with relevant experience.
• You can work independently, accurately and with quality awareness.
• You have logical insight and good thinking skills.
• You are an expert in planning and organising.
• You stand out because of your strong communication skills and people management skills.
• An interest in chemistry is an advantage!
• For safety reasons, you speak fluent Dutch and preferably live within a reasonable commuting distance from our site.
