About the job

At KRONOS Europe we produce titanium dioxide using a chlorine process (CP).
It is the job of the colleagues in Aftertreatment (NB) to process the 3 basic products from CP into 6 end products.
This also involves physical work (e.g. sometimes you lift bags up to 25 kg) and cleaning work.
Within NB you can go through about 5 posts. You always start at the packing area, where you work in a team with 3 to 4 others.
The aim is for you to grow and then take up the position of polyvalent operator.

As an operator NB you work in a shift system (7/2, 7/2, 7/3).       

About you

• A technical education is the ideal preparation for a job as a process operator;
• With several years of experience as a process operator within chemistry, you are also welcome;
• You have a broad knowledge regarding monitoring production, quality & safety in a production environment or are willing to learn this; 
• Team spirit coupled with a "get it done" mentality is your motto;
• You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• Of course you are fluent in Dutch and you live on a reasonble distance from our site in Ghent.
