About the job

At KRONOS EUROPE, approximately one in three employees works in the Maintenance department. As a Reliability Engineer, you will join the A&I section (Asset Management and Inspections) and report directly to the Group Leader. You can expect a highly varied set of responsibilities, primarily focusing on reliability assessments, monitoring the performance of various assets, and developing a structured preventive maintenance plan.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Maximize the reliability of various production installations;
  • Utilize various techniques to conduct reliability assessments (RCA, RCM, FMEA, etc.) and develop improvement proposals;
  • Monitor the performance and maintenance costs of process installations through data analysis and make adjustments as necessary;
  • Collaborate in the development of an optimal preventive maintenance plan for diverse assets.;
  • Organize and supervise occasional maintenance work on production installations;
  • Serve as a backup for the Group Leader in executing and overseeing inspections.

About you

You either have some experience in the industry or are a recent graduate ready to roll up your sleeves. You identify with the following profile:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Electromechanics and have made a conscious choice to work in the process industry.
  • You are a smooth communicator who encourages teamwork.
  • You focus on solutions rather than problems, and your keen eye for detail will certainly aid you.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to get your hands "dirty" in the factory.
  • Knowledge of reliability techniques (RCM, RCA, Bad Actor analysis, FMEA, etc.) is a significant advantage.
