For our IT-Team at the Leverkusen site, we are looking for a
IT Systems Analyst (LIMS) (m/f/d)
Your Resposibilities
- Collaborate globally with LIMS end-users to identify gaps and establish business requirements for system enhancements
- Supporting the build and modification of test plans, specifications, orders, samples, and other user-managed information
- Perform new user training
- Maintain and/or update functionality changes, interface changes of laboratory instruments that interfaces with LIMS
- Assist and support with test scripts related to LIMS changes and enhancements
- Act as point of contact for users of the system and technical expert to improve the process
- Document and resolve IT requests and incidents in a timely manner in the ITSM system to ensure SLA compliance
- Responsible for the management of information stored in LIMS
- Part of the local IT Client Services Team and also working as part of a global team
- Installation, maintenance and support of the equipment
Your Profile
- Completed Studies in Computer Science, Information Systems or comparable vocational training, e.g. as an IT Specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in information system and/or a laboratory setting related to information system
- Advanced knowledge of databases and SQL queries and experience in system administration
- Structured, systematic , detail-oriented and problem-solving oriented way of working
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a diverse, international team
- Ability to effectively use computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English
