For strengthen our Research Services Team we are looking for a

 

Chemical technician in day shift (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Planning, execution and control of tests in the post-treatment pilot plant
  • Wet grinding, inorganic post-treatment, filtration, drying and vapour grinding
  • Operating, controlling and monitoring all equipments in the pilot plant, also with the help of a process control system
  • Warehouse work as well as procurement and disposal of materials ( using industrial trucks or forklift trucks)
  • Troubleshooting known activities within the existing processes and tasks
  • Further technical and process engineering tasks to improve process engineering procedures
  • Execution of technical measures in the pilot plant, e.g. construction and optimization, maintenance work, etc.
  • Independent management and evaluation of test data
  • Validation and verification of methods and devices
  • Creation and implementation of work instructions in consultation with the plant management
  • Implementation of regulations

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Successfully completed training as a chemical technician or comparable technical training with relevant professional experience in a chemical production plant
  • Strong ability to work in a team, social skills
  • Confident handling of the database systems lotus Notes, LisaLims, WebInfo, as well as MS Office programmes (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Familiarity with process control systems (ideally Delta V)
  • Additional qualifications in the area of safety such as quality management etc. would be desirable
  • Technical and practical skills in test setups
  • Expertise in apparatus and systems
  • Comprehensive technical understanding
  • A pronounced safety awareness
  • Forklift licence desirable
