For our Process Technology Team we are looking for

Process Developer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Development of process engineering solutions for the demanding process for the production an post-treatment of titanium dioxide with a focus on process optimization, decarbonization, new raw materials and sustainability of production
• Project work/project management from brainstorming and testing in the laboratory and technical centre to commissioning in our international plants
• Close co-operation with the sites, external partners and the engineering departments as well as with research institutes

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in process engineering, technical chemistry or a comparable field (Bachelor, Master or PHD)
• Ideally initial experience in project management
• Possibly previous vocational training in a chemical or technical field
• Knowledge in the fields of industrial process engineering, plant engineering and chemistry
• Enjoy familiarizing yourself with new subject areas
• Structured, goal-oriented and pragmatic way of working using creative problem-solving methods
• Clear communication of results in an international environment
• Ability to work independently and on your own initiative paired with strong teamwork skills
• Very good command of English
• Intercultural competence
