Summary
- Technical and disciplinary management of subordinate employees
- Coordination, creation and control of daily/weekly planning
- Ensuring the timely processing of logistics tasks, such as the transfer of raw and hazardous materials, filling activities in tankers
- Organizing, monitoring and carrying out waste disposal
- Reviewing, updating and creating new risk assessments, work instructions and checklists
- Participation in the analysis of weak points and in the optimization and improvement of processes and workflows
- Continuous further development and training of employees through targeted development measures
- If required, technical representation of the production clerk or foreman in the department
Education and Experience
- Completed training in chemistry with further training as an industrial shiftleader specializing in chemistry
- Several years of management experience in a production-related environment
- Good knowledge of dangerous goods law and ADR regulations
- Confident handling of SAP HANA and MS Office
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Assertiveness, organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Team spirit, independence and a high sense of responsibility
