Safety Officer
(m/f/d)
Duties and Responsibility
- Supporting the occupational safety department in day-to-day business
- Advising and informing employees and superiors on occupational safety issues
- Independently carrying out inspections including documentation
- Carrying out training courses and briefings for employees and contractors
- Creating, checking and updating work, operating and procedural instructions
- Communication with internal / external stakeholders
- Organization and moderation of risk assessments
- Supporting production operations to achieve the KPIs in occupational safety
- Follow-up of legal changes
- Participation in plant changes as part of change management
- Participation in reporting
- Implementation of projects and special tasks
Education and Experience
Your Profile
- Successful completion of training as a master craftsman or technician
- Completed training as an occupational safety specialist (SiFa)
- At least 3 years' experience in the role ofin the role of safety specialist
- Sound knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations, technical rules, etc.
- Confident handling of common IT applications (MS Office etc.)
- Very good communication skills and a confident manner
- Assertiveness, ability to work in a team and initiative
- Basic knowledge of English
