Occupational safety specialists (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- As an occupational safety specialist, you aim to make preventable work accidents and work-related illnesses a thing of the past. With your expert advice on all issues relating to occupational health and safety, you drive KRONOS' prevention strategy forward.
- You advise managers and employees on all issues relating to occupational health and safety, as well as safety-related topics
- Regular inspections for accident prevention
- Carrying out hazard assessments, risk assessments, and effectiveness and action checks
- Ensuring compliance with current legal and internal company standards and regulations
- Designing and carrying out training courses, employee training courses and instructions on occupational safety
- As a fire safety officer, you carry out the relevant tasks (e.g. fire safety inspections, instructions, checking safety equipment)
- Your area of responsibility also includes looking after plant security
Your profile:
- Graduate engineer (m/f/d) or equivalent scientific degree
or state-recognized technician (m/f/d) or industrial foreman (m/f/d)
- Completed training as a safety specialist
- Several years of relevant professional experience as a safety specialist in an industrial environment
- Additional training as a fire safety officer is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office and databases
- Confident written and spoken English skills
- Personal responsibility, ability to deal with conflict and clear communication
- High service orientation, friendly demeanor and consulting skills
- A solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working
