For our production site in Nordenham/Blexen, we are looking for an 

 

Personal Coordinator/Shift Planner (m/w/d)

 

In close cooperation and coordination with the second personnel coordinator, you will cover the following tasks and fields of activity in day shift work:

 

Coordination of personnel requirements (personnel deployment planning) with the aim of ensuring defined shift strengths Creation of the entire vacation and shift planning, personnel deployment planning of the production area, creating and passing on absence documents, time corrections, handling of the time recording system and the annoyance allowances according to BV

Employee qualification Creation and updating of the qualification matrix, initiation and, if necessary, implementation of qualification measures in consultation with the manager and the shift supervisors as well as evaluation of the measures including the initial instruction

Disciplinary management of parts of the employees of the rotating shift Planning and implementation of regular employee appraisals, logging and passing on, conducting critical discussions, preparation of labor law measures

Personnel support Maintaining contact with employees, e.g. through tours and discussions, support for employees, participation in company health management

Preparation of a long-term personnel requirements plan as well as deviation and requirement analyzes for personnel deployment

Interface function between HR department and rotating shift staff

 

Your profile:

Commercial training (ideally with a focus on HR management) or technical training with relevant experience in the areas of shift planning and employee management, possibly in the area of qualification

High social and leadership skills

Analytical thinking, problem solving ability

Ability to deal with conflict, strong communication skills, high resilience

Entrepreneurial thinking, good computer skills
