Warehouse Manager/Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

You will ensure that our warehouse processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently – and lead the team with commitment, clarity, and a hands-on approach.

Leadership & Organization

Leading a team of approximately 10 employees in the assigned area

Responsibility for personnel deployment planning, vacation planning, and time tracking

Supervision and management of external personnel assignments

Warehouse Management & Material Flow

Ensuring effective warehouse management in the assigned warehouse areas

Managing material handling: goods receipt, incoming inspection, storage and shipping

Organizing proper loading and unloading, including load securing

Labeling, storing, and managing all warehouse items, Ensuring Production supply

Inventory Management

Planning and conducting monthly and annual inventories

Order picking and timely provision of warehouse goods

Technology & Safety

Ensuring the technical condition of all warehouse equipment and defined interfaces at transfer points

Visually inspecting all equipment used for proper and safe condition

Your Profile:

Relevant vocational training and experience in warehouse logistics or materials management

Initial leadership experience is an advantage

Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills

Good understanding of safe and efficient processes Logistics Processes
