Duties and Responsibility

Install, modify, calibrate and adjust various types of control and instrumentation equipment, instruments and systems;
Diagnose and repair single and three-phase 110/575 volt electrical circuits, including motors, starters, wiring, transformers, lighting, heating, etc;
Contribute to continuous improvement;
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, electronic and instrumentation systems.
Two work schedules are possible. Either day (4 days of 10h) or rotating (3-2-2-3).
 

Education and Experience

DES or equivalent and DEC or AEC in industrial electronics technology (or related field);
Certificate of qualification in electricity (Licence C) OR 2,500 hours accumulated in apprentice's logbook;
Good command of instrumentation;
Ability to communicate clearly in French and functional English.

Knowledge of Honeywell Distributed Control System (DCS) (an asset);
Class 1 gas appliance certificate (an asset);
