IT Client Services Analyst (m/f/d)
Your Resposibilities
- Performing service desk tasks in 1st and 2nd Level support
- Installation, configuration, integration, maintenance of hardware, software and peripheral devices
- Supporting the IT infrastructure team in day-to-day business
- Train user community for the use of computer equipment, peripherals and software
- Analyzing errors, developing solutions and making recommendations with the help of knowledge databases and diagnostic programs
Your Profile
- Successfully completed IT Studies or comparable vocational training, e.g. as an IT Specialist for system integration (m/f/d)
- Several years of experience in the Service Desk area
- A+, Net+ certification or other relevant certifications
- Extensive hands-on experience in working in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and other business applications
- Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments
- Very good analytical skills, proven ability to redesign processes
- Proven analytical and process redesign skills- including problem solving, quantitative reasoning, workflow process, etc.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a diverse, international team
